A
postgraduate in HR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, has
nearly four decades of rich and varied experience in HR. He has a multi-blend
of experience of working in corporate, Management Consulting, Teaching
and Training. His corporate experience is from senior positions- Corporate
Head of HR in Parle products Ltd. Indian Rubber Regenerating Co.Ltd. and
Lupin Laboratories Ltd. He also has rich experience in Management Consulting
in Industrial Relations and HRD. He has taught in reputed B-Schools in
Mumbai. As a corporate trainer his arreas of training include Linking
HR Strategy with Business Strategy, Organizational Development and Balanced
Scorecard. Prof. Dholakia is actively involved in the CII and IHRD, Bengaluru.
He has been an Invited member on the HR panel of CII, Bengaluru for two
terms.
