Prof Chitra’s doctoral thesis is on ‘Business Administration. Her experience spans over VIT Business School, Vel, High Tech Group of institutions-chennai, Centre for Enterprenuership Development- Tamilnadu. Her area of teaching includes Marketing management, services management and Retail.She has edited and published various books in Enterprenuership. She has presented and won many Best paper Award in various National & International conferences. She has also designed and conducted various Faculty Development Programmes, workshops, seminars and conferences. She has trained and consulted in companies like BPCL, L.I.C, Canara Bank, Airtel, Modi Xerox, TamilNadu Electricity Board, Indian Bank to name a few.
