Educational Qualification: M.Psy.HRDM, Pursuing Doctoral research (Phd) in the area of “Emotional Labour: Moderators and Outcomes” in the education industry from WISDOM, Banasthali.

Naqvi is a Master of Psychology with specialization in Human Resource
Development and Management with over three years of experience in the
area of consulting, behavioral training and research. Prof. Farah has
worked with Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) -Core Area
Associate (OB Area) for Post Graduate programmes¸ Fellow Programme
and Management Development Programmes on Organizational Behavior, Management
of Excellence by CEOs and Performance management. She has been trained
in Interpersonal and Group Dynamics; and has credited courses of Micro
OB and Macro OB. Prior to Joining IBA she was working with a leading consulting
firm on Organization Development based at Hyderabad. Apart from her Academic
and Work profile she has also presented several papers at national and
international conferences and has published papers and book reviews in
reputed journals. She has rich Behavioral Training experience and have
conducted MDP programs for leading companies like Power Grid Corporation
Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd . National Mineral Development Corporation
Ltd. ,Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd, College of Defence Management , Hyderabad
and others.
Area of Interest: Organizational Behavior viz. Individual Dynamics, Interpersonal and Group Dynamics and Organization Dynamics., Human Resource Development and Behavioral Training.
