- Training program on Group dynamics and Decision making for managers of Bharat Electronics Ltd.
- Provided Training on Stress Management to officials at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL).
- Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills for Managers of National mineral Development Corporation Ltd
- Conducted training programs on themes like Motivating Self and Others and Emotional Intelligence for employees of Bharat Electronics Ltd
- Facilitated Management Development Programs, management education program(MEP) at IIMA for officials ranging from IAS officers, Women professionals, People in Defence, Top management to Middle level managers on varied themes relating to organizational behavior
- Others include inter-organizational programs on themes like Communication Skills, Leadership, Change Management and Work Life Balance .
Future plans in area of Research and teaching: To focus on the following key areas in research :
- Emotional intelligence,
- Emotional labour,
- Spiritual quotient and;
- Ideas and concepts given by the renowned management thinker Dr. Subhash Sharma in Indian Management.
- To advance the learning of Organizational Behaviour in students through creative and innovative approaches
