Student life at IBA is multidimensional. The day doesn’t end with the classes, nor does it begin only with classes. Students’ life is much beyond that at IBA!
For holistic development of students, IBA gives a lot of emphasis to various student activities at the campus, be it sports, hobbies or cultural or literary events. The basic idea is to let the flowers blossom, impart an education which not only make them managers, but future leaders. And the most effective way of achieving the same is extending their management learning outside the classroom. Keeping in mind the same, IBA encourages students to form different student clubs, focusing on functional areas, hobbies, cultural and sports activities of the institute. Students manage the day to day affairs of the clubs, and organize various events keeping in mind the interest of all members of IBA.
There is a Club secretary who works directly under the CEO of IBA, the ex-officio president of all clubs. Then a core committee is formed among the student members and a faculty is appointed as a mentor to the club. All the clubs are expected to be self sufficient units, and generate their own revenues by charging membership fees, or collecting event charges as and when they happen.

AADHAAR club is the social service club of IBA.
The club plans to inculcate the Corporate Social Responsibility among all the IBAians and in the process significantly contribute towards the benefit of the society.
The events that the club has organized are.
Organized an AIDS marathon
Provided one day meal and gifts to the children.
Organized a program called RHYTHM.
Organized a BLOOD DONATION campaign in the college.

The communication club of IBA – ‘The Connoisseur’s Club’ got its official status on 19/10/2007. The Connoisseur’s club is more of an organization working for the all-round development of the IBA, GN students.
Vision of the Club:
To make leaders who would top the corporate world.
Mission of the Club:
To improve communication skills and get the best out of every individual.
To imbibe leadership qualities in IBAians.
Objective of the club:
To promote the essence of communication through experiential learning.
To fulfill the Vision and Mission, the club had always set short term goals and had timely achieved them. In a short span of time, the club has organized workshops and events on debate and presentation for the development of the students. Special programs on ‘Improvement of Soft Skills’ had also been organized. Many more events are pipelined for the next month as part of the club’s short term goal setting. The club has made a mark in the mind and heart of the IBA students. The club will keep on working in future as it has done in past and will live up to the mark.

Finalyst, the finance club of Indian Business Academy, Greater Noida was founded by the commerce students of the first batch of the institute to help with commerce subject to non commerce students. From a humble beginning, it is growing up with various activities with the central mantra being to impart knowledge. The club is also known as Knowledge Hunters.
The club has attained its present heights with some good programmes like Choupal – a current discussion forum and Mavrix – a B-Quiz event, F1-GP a real estate simulation game etc under its belt. Mavrix reached the record books with the most number of students participating in a single event (94 students).
The club is about to launch its strategic unit called R.A.W (Research and Analysis Wing) to deal with the research activities of the Finalyst club and again impart knowledge to the students in terms of analysis f major financial and economic events unfolding in day to day scenario. The club is also liable to continue with the present events at future dates as well as will come with new events as and when required.
Some events in line are The Smart Manager, Insight and The Buffet Way. We will also have a presentation on the analysis of annual budget by the start of March’08.
The purpose of our club is to enhance the knowledge of students through various activities and events. The club recognizes potential in every student and aims to bring it out through various club activities and high participation level and there by grooming our self as per industry standard. The club also looks into the various career related problems that student faces and tries to sort it out through various club activities.

Upcoming events:-
We are starting with our fortnightly event of “AURORA” that shall consist of solving LIVE CORPORTE CASE STUDIES.
Coming week we shall have an event on Stress Management.
Another event in the pipeline is TRAINING, PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT.
From February we shall be starting a ROUND TABLE CONFERENCE which shall be held on regular basis. For the purpose we shall be inviting guest speakers from corporate world to speak to the students and enlighten us and thereby building a brand IBA.
We will be carrying 2 events as yearly event i.e. SARVOTTAM & AAROHI, which shall be based on the over all performance of the students and shall held in September or October.
Plans have been constructed for these new events and are starting from coming week.

BITS ‘n’ BYTES – The IT Club INDIAN BUSINESS ACADEMY – GREATER NOIDA
About the club:
Bits n Bytes, the IT club of IBA-GN was started by the pioneer batch in 2006. Our mission is to make the IBAians use IT in best possible manner and at the same time making it familiar to all the people by conducting regular events and programs.
Purpose of the club:
The IT club helps the students feel the essence of Information Technology in Management and the importance of IT in modern day management.

Roll your brains, Fun with IT, JOSH, UDAAN.
About Club and its objective: Mar'C' Club is the official marketing club of IBA, G. Noida. It was established in 2006 by the pioneer batch of IBA, GN with the aim to promote the brand name of IBA in the NCR. Its objectives were also to help the students excel their talent and canalize themselves to give the best output.
Events done: Intra college quiz to test the IQ of the students and their General Awareness.
Urja 07, ignite yourself, a grand inter college marketing event was organized in September, 2007 on Blue Ocean Strategy where the participant discussed about its benefits. There were other rounds like Business Antakshari, New Product Development, Business Quiz followed with cultural programs.
Pratibha 07, the best manager, a 5 day grand intra college event organized for the search of the best manager of IBA, GN. It was to explore the talents that a manager should possess.

Mobile Buzz-In this event all the interested marketing students are regularly updated by marketing news and trends.
Speako meter-This event is the search for best speaker of IBA-GN. They are evaluated by Debate, Group discussions etc.
Shoot Case-This event basically consists recent case analysis of companies marketing problems.
Industry Visit-We are planning to have an industrial visit in Anmol group at Greater noida.
